BSE Sensex 30 index hits all-time high

5 months after its May high of 12,671, the BSE Sensex-30 market index hit a new all-time high of 12,706. Almost all 30 stocks are in the green, and one the market closes, I will check how many of them are at all-time or 52-week highs.

Per the year-to-date chart below, all moving averages are pointing up, and the volatility (as measured by average true range) is not as high as it got in May - looks like we aren’t yet ready for a correction.

A closer look shows a negative divergence in the “slow stochastic ” indicator, but with earnings season going well so far, there’s no dark clouds on the horizon.
