BCA Research: Emerging Markets Breakout
BCA Research points us to a “breakout” in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index:

Emerging market banks tend to perform particularly well during times of a falling U.S. dollar, and banks in Asia and Eastern Europe currently appear attractive.
India didn’t make their buy list, but any bullish performance in EMs should provide support.
