Sensex 30: Is the bottom in at the 200-dma?

After a rapid bounce back in the US on Thursday & in India on Friday, investors got another gift - a discount rate cut by the US Fed on Friday morning. This helped the US - and European - indices climb another 2%. Back home, the Sensex & Nifty tested the 200-day moving averages:

Sensex to mark bottom at 200-dma, again?

Since 2006, we have seen the 200ma mark a bottom in the Sensex. With all the bargain buying yesterday, did we just see the bottom for this phase?

      I think this could be the bottom for atleast a few weeks, and maybe a couple of months to come.

      We should see sensex at 16k by year end i suppose!
